Helping teams build with AI

I run workshops where people work through a real task. At an OpenAI Build Week meetup we hosted in Kuala Lumpur, a Malaysia Airlines Group participant reported rebuilding a dashboard workflow in an hour. They said the existing task took about 30 hours each month.

For Save the Build, I created a workshop exercise around a bakery order. Participants work through interpretation, calculations, handoffs and customer promises, checking where the system breaks and how to repair it.

Helping communities work across borders

I co-founded AISEA to help locally led builder communities share infrastructure, partner access and opportunities across Southeast Asia.

That coordination has helped teams in Indonesia and Vietnam share sponsor access and secure API credits, and connected an Australian builder with a Malaysian founder to build together.

A career spent moving closer to the work.

I started by studying and analysing complex systems, then moved through emerging- technology research, venture building and startup ecosystems. Today, I build companies, products and communities myself.

    Through AISEA Enterprise, we help companies turn their operations into connected AI systems. We bring together workflow design, data integration and software development, working with teams inside the business. We also partner with founders to develop and launch new products and ventures.

    Through AISEA Enterprise, we built a system for a Malaysian property developer that turns inconsistent construction spreadsheets into structured cost data for human review, comparison and analysis.

    Construction cost data arrives in spreadsheets. Different layouts, descriptions and pricing versions make it difficult to compare consistently.

    Through AISEA Enterprise, we built a system for a Malaysian property developer to turn those spreadsheets into structured, reviewable cost data.

    From spreadsheets to a shared structure

    The system imports bills of quantities—the documents listing construction work, quantities and prices—and organises their contents into consistent cost categories. It includes arithmetic checks and comparisons against source totals to help surface discrepancies.

    The team reviews the processed data before accepting it into the workspace. The system records who approved it.

    Working with the numbers

    Once accepted, the data can be filtered, compared and queried. The team can examine cost drivers, compare dated pricing versions and ask questions in plain English, with references back to the underlying records.

    Excel remains part of the workflow. The team can export structured workbooks for further analysis and review.

    What we delivered

    A workflow connecting spreadsheet ingestion, classification, validation, human approval and cost analysis. The team can move from individual files to a consistent view of its construction cost data.

    I co-founded BaoKaLiao AI to build products for recurring work that growing businesses struggle to staff. Abby helps businesses capture receipts and organise financial records for review. We also build tailored AI tools for workflows that need something more specific.
